Simona Bonghez

With over 20 years of experience in Change and Project  Management, Simona is a consultant, author, international speaker and a passionate project management consultant. Her assignments (training and consulting) are specifically addressed to IT, Banking, Telecommunication industries but she also covered Production, Oil&Gas and Construction. She specializes in Change Management, Project Management, Strategic Management and Learning re-Design.
Simona is currently running her own training and consulting company, Colors in Projects (PMI REP), specialized in Project Management services, while maintaining her close connection with NUSPSA, a renowned University from Romania (where she completely gamified her course for the Project Management Master Program).
Simona has been volunteering for Project Management Institute since 2004. She is now enjoying the collaboration within the Ethics Member Advisory Group.
Even though professional experience is a defining aspect in her activity, she feels that she would not have come this far without a good sense of humor. She strongly believes that games and metaphors are powerful tools for having interactive and engaging workshops, presentations or training sessions, thus enforcing the learning process.
Simona has a Ph.D. in Sociology, she is a certified trainer for SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) and a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.
