Agree with the aboves. How it could work is by modifying the World Cafe method:
Divide into 3 or 4 groups.
Each group builds.. shares and reflects. +/-1 hour
Half of each table then rotates to another table with their Lego and repeats sharing and reflecting with the half of the group left at that table.

Hi Yla..
Done this before.
A way to save time is to very quickly build a tower or bridge to get familiarity with Lego. As they are college students I would even skip this part and actually make the career model as the warm up exercise.
If you do do the bridge/tower then ask them to modify it to reflect their ideal career.

Ive done bank of tokyo mitsubishi japan’s largest bank for last 1.5 years. 1 to 2 two day sessions per month.
Also 10 sessions for bank mandiri indonesia’s largest bank which is also state owned.
Also AXA insurance one if worlds largest for 2 sessions last 2 months.-

Hi Simon. I agree with Eli. Its very important to understand the overall output desired. If it is a reasonably complex question then you need a trained facilitator and assistant facilitators for every 8 to 12 pax. Alternatively train a person at each table as a facilitator for the day. Hi, I have the same issue. I have a Landscape/identity kit which I find to not be enough for large workshops. I tend to buy Duplos and and pieces from other sets where available. For animals I find using plastic
