Served over 23 years in the submarine service in the US Navy. Have Mechanical and Electrical engineering degrees as well as experience in project management as well as facilitation experience and training. Certified in Facilitating and Designing Workshops with the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Methodology by Robert Rasmussen in March  2017. Certified as LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Facilitator Training provided by the LEGO Company by Robert Rasmussen in March 2007. Have facilitated a multitude of LSP workshops in game design, program real time strategy, performance reviews and several other LSP workshops
