Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I had experience in delivering training in Lean and use simulations to introduce Lean methodology. I am also a trained Trainer and Assessor in Australia.  I am exploring some possibilities on using simulations and hands-on exercises to emphasise learning outcomes. I am an engineer by profession and have been working in the field of Business Improvement. I currently work in the Mining Industry.
