REAL HR is a human resources management consulting firm located in Calgary, Alberta. Eleanor Culver, President, completed the LEGO SERIOUS PLAY facilitator training in Whistler, BC, in October 2015. A life-long learner, she has a degree in psychology, a master of arts in leadership, and facilitator certification in 7 Habits of Highly Effective People as well as 5 Choices to Extraordinary Effectiveness. Coupled with over 25 years’ human resources experience, Eleanor sought to find a way to engage her clients in novel way to improve their business effectiveness. She found it.
