I am a facilitator, trainer working to help people improve their relationships and creativity in their work group, family, and life.  My goal is to guide people toward their best self.

I have been a facilitator for over 25 years.  I enjoy bringing everyone into the conversation, understanding that wisdom is in the room within every participant.  I strive to bring creativity into every session in a non-threatening and exciting way.

My hope is that people leave any gathering I facilitate or host feeling as if they have been heard, they have contributed, and they have made a difference with their presence.  I also hope they will feel as if the time spent at the gathering was productive, wanting to do it again.
