Pedro career in business management includes nine years as Managing Partner for Other Signs – Consultoria Organizacional Lda, providing consultancy on strategic management, organizational design, innovation and process & performance management. Between 2014 and 2016, as Innovation Manager at AAVANZ (aavanz.biz), Pedro as involved on funding schemes and incentives for business, Innovation and R&D initiatives: H2020, COSME, CIP, FP7 and other European programs, QREN and P2020 structural funds programs for innovation and development.

Since 2003, Pedro has been a Quality, Social Responsibility, Sustainability and Innovation Lead Auditor at SGS S.A. (sgs.com) Portuguese affiliate SGS Portugal S.A. (sgs.pt) delivering more then 550 audits performed in 300 organizations in Portugal and Internationally, up to 10.000 employees.

Pedro holds a M.Sc. from IST/UL and Postgraduate Certificates on Applied Positive Psychology (EMAPP – ISCSP/UL), Foresight, Strategy and Innovation Program (Lisbon School of Economics and Management – IDEFE/ISEG-UL), Marketing Management (IPAM – Laureate International Universities), as well as professional certifications as Trainer and Lead Auditor for Sustainability, Quality, Social Responsibility, Innovation, Information Security and Food Safety.
