I am an Iranian-Swedish moved to Sweden almost 8 years ago.

My career history is an interesting long one. It is a wide international experience in the rare combination of business (particularly sales and marketing), technical (especially IT, production, and manufacturing) and people skills (training, coaching, developing, and influencing) for greater productivity and effectiveness.

Since 2018, I have been developing my knowledge and skills about transformation in leadership and personal and organizational development at some depth. I am now an Advanced Practitioner of Vertical Development and Action Inquiry accredited by Global Leadership Associates and a certified Global Leadership Profile Coach. Both of these are highly significant in the world of Leadership development and profiling with the niche Leadership Development Profile.

As part of my journy, I’ve became familiar with LSP and hace started to read about it and then I joined one of the workshops facilitated by Robert Rasmussen and became a certified facilitator.
