I am a UK based Executive and Personal Coach with local and international clients.I am passionate about working with executives who want to step-up their game as they transition into more senior roles. My straight-talking yet supportive curiosity allows them to grow their leadership skills through better awareness of themselves and the impact they have on their teams, colleagues, management and other stakeholders. I also have a very keen interest in working with first-time managers who are transitioning from team member to team leader or manager.
