Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I am a Coach and Trainer, specialising in Sales and Leadership. I became a certified LSP facilitator, because I felt it would be an excellent method for encouraging participation in meetings, which were previously dominated by hierarchy and communication styles.
