Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I am a certified LSP facilitator. My background is in Human Resources. For the last ten years, I have had roles as a HR Generalist, L&D consultant and IT recruitment.

I have Master Degree in Human Development. The foundations of it, is the Client Centered Approached, form Carl R. Rogers. This gave me strong foundation for facilitating.

I bring to the community HR expertise and a strong facilitation background.
