In my humildy opinion, warm up exercises are crucial for skill development.
In my cases, i take a full hour just to warm up.
I’m not in favor of all the exercises you would like to do in 2.5 hours. I wouldn’t do in that fashion.
What about less topics to include?

Serious Play Pro Forum 7 years, 9 months agoI’m not aware of how Strengths Finders Trainings are delivered. I have used the tool on my previos work at Hewlett Packard and it’s very powerful.
Since the tool i used was 100% online, I would like to hear on how to get the same learnings on LSP! :) -
