Mandy Diamond

Mandy Diamond is an exceptionally talented and highly experienced Learning and Development expert. She is professional, dedicated, highly skilled and inspirational. Being extremely intuitive, she has a unique ability to adapt to the requirements of different groups. She has great insight in to their real needs and is able to ensure that participants are engaged in the learning process as they acquire new skills and knowledge. Her appealing style and passion for her work delivers fabulous results every time.

Mandy started her leadership and learning career working as a Learning and Development Consultant for ING Australia where she stayed for 5 years. This saw her move through various roles in learning and development but her focus was always on leadership and team development and responsibilities included consulting to the business, designing and facilitating training sessions, 1-on-1 coaching and participating on various organizational projects as the Learning lead. Mandy was responsible for developing, designing and facilitating a leadership development program for frontline managers and worked through the merger with ANZ, playing a pivotal role in the change management program. After 18 months at ANZ Wealth, Mandy left to start a family. While on maternity leave, Mandy co-authored a book with Ivan Nurick, “Leaders developing Leaders”.

Mandy now lives in Baltimore, Maryland and works both personally with individuals to help them optimize their performance, and with teams to improve team effectiveness. She has worked across a variety of industries from mining to hospitality and in both the private and public sector. Mandy always looks for the best in people and situations and prides herself on the relationships she builds with all of her clients.
