A passionate Organization Design and People Development practitioner, with over seventeen (17) years of experience in various OD and HR disciplines, holding several management positions within public and private sectors in UAE and KSA. I have gained rich consultancy experience working along with international HR and OD consultants in Internal Consulting roles. Now, embarking upon a brave journey to crossover as an External Consultant, to translate the experience gained as an Internal Consultant, in setting up any function within OD or HR practices; or steer organizational transformational activities.My vision is to enhance Organization Design Practice in this region, as it is practiced world-wide, whilst strengthening my capabilities and gain useful insights in my practice; building my experience and network; confidently take on more challenging roles and share the knowledge.
