Steven Lichty

I wear many hats. I’m an entrepreneur, capacity builder, lecturer, researcher, evaluator, and certified life coach, My passion is to help individuals and organisations unlock their creativity and capacity to enable them to more effectively build flourishing societies across Africa. I have three platforms to facilitate my vocation: The Frontline Group (lifescape coaching), REAL Consulting Group (research/evaluation services), and REAL Studio (academic capacity building). I have a PhD in African studies, a couple of master degrees and a BA in business, economics, and communications. I’ve worked on and off in Africa since 1997 and now reside in Nairobi Kenya. I am particularly interested in assisting adult PhD students in Africa with building their creativity and critical thinking that will empower their research capacity.
