Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I have a small machineshop in Costa Rica, I have been training people for better teamwork. I am an industrial engineer, I have used legos before even knowing about serious play. I really want to learn about the methodology to apply it in the small workshops we do in the company.
