Over 25 years of experience in business process design and implementation, business strategy modelling and implementation and starting up companies and organisations in Europe and Africa. I obtained a university degree in IT and in Insurance Management and I was able to translate business needs into simple, effective processes supported by superb HR and effective and efficient IT.
