Kalpana is an industrial Psychologist and a Human Resource Professional.
She has been in the learning and development field for last eighteen years. She began her career
with an engineering company in Mumbai. Her entrepreneurial instinct made her establish Abacus Learning. She is an accredited Belbin Team Roles Facilitator. She has a masters in management Studies from Somaiya Institute of Management Studies (University of Mumbai) and Masters in Industrial Psychology (University of Mumbai). She is also pursuing her Ph. D. in Maharaja Sayajirao University (MSU), Baroda.
