Having experience in promoting LSP in Malaysia for the past few years and has seen the impact of LSP into participant’s work life. I have just recently been trained in Singapore and moving towards in providing greater and wider awareness of LSP among the corporate and education sector.

Since 2013, I have been actively facilitating workshops to various levels of staff in Asia, namely, Malaysia, Indonesia and Sri Lanka. Among the areas of concern are team bonding, conflict management involving the different generation of the workforce, stimulation of creativity thus resulting in better problem solving skills or finding root cause, customer experience, the need for change and other areas that involve communication of all levels.
