Jerry focuses on subjects related to Customer Experience such as: customer retention strategies, customer segmentation, customer satisfaction, service quality analyses and acquisition strategies.
Jerry worked for renowned companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Siemens, AGA Rangemaster, Amazon and NPG Wealth Management before integrating MindForest as Senior Consultant for Customer Experience Management.
He holds a university degree in “Customer Relationship Management” from the “Institut d’Etudes Commerciales Supérieures“ from the Robert Schumann University in Strasbourg and followed “Strategic Innovation Process” training sessions at the Luxembourg School of Business.
He successfully passed his LSP facilitator certification in 2016.

 

Besides his mother tongue Luxemburgish, he also speaks French, German and English fluently.
