Jenny Kahn

I’m a huge advocate of LSP – having used this innovative and experiential methodology for Team Building, Collaboration, Strategy and other client needs across Public, Private and Non-Profit organisations, Universities and Schools over the past 4 years. I have also trained a number of other facilitators to use LSP.  I have a background in Organisational Change, IT, Learning & Development and Psychology and enjoy the inclusive, democratic and often transformative LSP process, which leverages on experience and diversity of participants, resulting in increased  insights and awareness of self, others and context, and the generation of  meaningful and relevant ideas and solutions. I look forward to sharing experiences and learnings with other facilitators in this LSP Community.
