Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I am a software engineering team manager with a deep held belief that self organising teams is the way to run a business.  People fascinate me, they are thousands of times more complex than the most complex computer system yet how they interact with it will be the measurement of its success.

I have over 20 years experience both building software systems and managing people and for the last couple of years I have been working on developing an open source system for allowing people to develop their skills in a modern workplace.
