Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I’m a Dutch workshop facilitator, LSP certified since 2012. Keen to bring to the fore new perspectives to help innovation, positioning, customer satisfaction, especially in the B2B and services industry. I help organisations influence the behaviour of employees and of target groups. With 16 years’ experience in marketing research, strategic advice, and management for medium-sized and large businesses. Happy to share learnings regarding moderation, business development, and (large) group facilitation.
