More than 15 years in management of project management office  (PMO), programs, projects and changes in various business domain. My professional and personal experience has shown me that the number 1 issue in projects is behavior. The behavior factor remains a lucky bet to have a team chemistry even if knowledge and know-how risk are managed by choosing people according to their education’s and experience’s.

It is this deep belief in the power of behavior as a factor of success in projects that led me to do a 3 years certification to become a therapist in Humanistic Psychology and to be certified by Association of Master Trainers in the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Method (number 1262) a certified provider of facilitated training workshops in the use of  LEGO®  SERIOUS  PLAY® materials and methodology.. Those certifications provided me with a solid expertise in relational skills and emotional intelligence in order to help you and your team with the behavior factor. Also, this certification is in conformity with the bill 21 to amend the Professional Code and other legislative provisions in the field of mental health and human relations.

It is through my expertise in Knowledge, Know-How and Behavior that I have developed the “3 Competencies” “3 savoirs®” approach that enables a person and a team to develop their full creative potential with effectiveness and efficiency .
