Thank you for sharing such a great success! I usually run LSP sessions on round-table settings as I found that easier. Nonetheless, I’m impressed with your success and wonderful result!

Felicitations for the clear explanation of your experience with this lsp workshop. I agree that questions and a good timing are key for succesful workshops. Success for the coming ones.

Hi Greet,
Like Wiro said. It is very well possible to work in smaller groups and focus on your role as facilitator. The thing is that you probably want to make sure that they can work on their own. Therefore, make sure that they do enough skills building. And make sure they ‘stick’ to the proces so that everyone gets the change to tell the whole…[Read more]

Hello,
It is important to have an issue / key question around which you will built your questions.
Starting from questions around the actual situation of the team and then progressively having questions which let you go to the answer of the key question / issue of the workshop.Without a central theme, it is difficult. Or you have an…[Read more]

@Gabriel – as a follow-up to Eli’s comment – there are 4 other facilitators in our community who are from your neighborhood in Quebec or Montreal: http://seriousplaypro.com/members/?s=Montreal – perhaps it is indeed worth getting in touch with them?

The best you can do at this stage is some meticulous planning. Start from the very first minutes and write down all steps that you are planning:
– Introduction to the day by company representative (15-20 minutes)
– Introduction by you to LSP methodology, rules etc (10-15 min)
– Warm up skills building exercises (20-25 min)
– First individual…[Read more] -

Dieter,
I believe that longer sessions happen quite frequently. In SeriousPlayPro community survey https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/seriousplaypro we had a question: “What types of workshops do you deliver with LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®?” One of the answer options was very similar: “Continuous sessions with the same client over a long period”. This r…[Read more]

Probably yes, because what you would need in this situation is probably quite extensive exchange on those ad hoc individual approaches that those individual employees have taken so far.
The main concern that I would have – is the time enough for this type of discussion given lots of diverging thoughts about the sector directions among the…[Read more]

Gabriel – that is very interesting assignment you have been invited to assist. It goes beyond the core application of LEGO SERIOUS PLAY in trying to take steps in determining particular strategic choices for the firm. Hence – I see two potential scenarios for you.
One possibility is to frame the approach by using the Business Model Canvas…[Read more]
