Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I am the owner of a consulting firm named Mierukafour. Mieruka means in japanese “change making visible”. We facilitate to individuals, groups and organizations to improve their decision-making processes; uncover their full potential and to increase the viability of their projects of transformation and improvement.  My experience comes from the automotive world. I have held management positions of IT, organisation and controlling. I am passionate about Japanese gardening.
