    I would like TO GET TRAINING IN level one and two. Is there any training available in Canada or in the US in 2011?

      I am currently in the process of planning one in Houston in June. It is not fully confirmed yet, but would mosst likely happen mid-June. I will post it on this site as soon as it is confirmed
