Elissa Farrow

Elissa has extensive experience in organizational transformation, portfolio, programme and project management. Elissa has supported organisations to successfully deliver transformations that have brought lasting benefits in a range of industries using innovative participatory facilitation techniques including futures and foresight techniques and lego serious play. Elissa is a dedicated change strategist and change partner for a number of organisations and delivers key strategic reviews and reports including strategic plans, performance assurance reviews and evaluations. 

Elissa is a sought after coach, facilitator and consult in the areas of team and organisational transformation. She is considered a thought leader in her field and is formalising this by undertaking Doctoral research through at the University of the Sunshine Coast. She is investigating organisational adaption implications to artificial intelligence futures. Elissa was awarded a National award through the Project Management Institute for ‘Contribution to Women in Project Management’ and was a finalist at the Women in Technology QLD ‘Professional’ Award. In 2019 Elissa won a Kudos award for Change Management Research through the Change Management Institute. She is a published author to over 40 blogs, book chapter and articles.
