An experienced media organizational consultant, project leader, executive producer and manager. My abilities include solid skills as producer and director of factual and non factual content for TV as well as photography direction. Achievements
• Created and managed a successful communication strategy for ESGA Bravos de Apure. Designed corporative image, which included development of concepts for web pages, exhibition displays and visitors center for Hato El Cedral.

Responsible for analyzing and developing recommendations for the improvement of the organizational structure and production processes of the Information Services Department of Venezuela’s main public TV station.

Achievements
• Successfully developed new structure and production processes for VTV’s Information Services Department.
• Coordinated concept development and implementation of new image and content structure of VTV’s news programs, which included supervision of graphic and set design and anchors’ image.
• Planned and coordinated “Soberanía Popular 2006”, VTV’s special coverage of 2006 Presidential Elections in Venezuela.

Responsible for providing analysis of the channel’s existing practices and developing recommendations for the improvement of the structure and general production processes of Venezuela’s National Assembly TV channel.

Achievements

• Offered recommendations for optimizing technical resources and procedures for production and post-production.
• Developed programs and activities to promote the integration of work teams.
• Implemented training programs for professional improvement.
• Assessed all production procedures of the station and coordinated the implementation of new practices.

Achievements

• Strategically conceived four documentary series to maximise the possibilities of a 700 hours audio-visual archive and the information generated by Expedition, a premium one hour natural history programme. This series were transmitted both by RCTV in Venezuela and renowned international networks.
• Implemented a project for the organisation and systematisation of the data produced by the News Department of RCTV, that started with the rescue of 1 million feet of news film archive. This system now serves them as well as external clients on regular basis and has opened a new business area for RCTV.
• Created long term partnerships with public and private institutions.
