Il metodo è come una bella ricetta pubblicata su un patinato libro di cucina. Bisogna conoscere l processo e gli step, ma poi lo s deve adattare ai commensali, alle attrezzature disponibili, agli ingredienti disponibili.

Come saprete, lo scorso anno ero in Italia ed ho cercato di smuovere le acque, sia con il convegno a Ferrara, a cui hanno partecipato Per, Robert, Lucio e Stefano Tardini.

Sono d’accordo con Massimo sulla qualità del management italiano. C’è però da dire che possono nascere tante occasioni in cui usare LSP per attivare processi positivi. Personalmente il 1 dicembre lo userò in un progetto con una istituzione tedesca di cultura d’impresa per i giovani delle periferie (Tor Bella Monaca) e l’11 per un’impresa hit…[Read more]

hi Patrizia, just a couple of quick thoughts: this is a bit like coaching, you dont need a coaching certificate to do coaching, “it is simple, you just have to ask questions”, but those that have approved certifications somehow do it better.
