Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I am a freelance LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and an experienced technical presenter with a passion for sharing knowledge and developing talent through gamification and other innovative methods.

I have 20 years of engineering, project management & leadership experience in the energy sector across a diverse portfolio of coal, natural gas, hydroelectric, renewables & nuclear.  I have worked in a broad spectrum of power generation roles including construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, data analytics, training, technical consulting, research and policy development.
