My passion is to help individuals, teams and organisations become happier and more successful by challenging the status quo in creative, fun and innovative ways, winning over people’s heart, mind and soul and providing knowledge and practical tools to support them in this journey.

My approach is based on the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method, business simulations, workshop facilitation, training and coaching.

Underpinning knowledge, methods and frameworks include (personal) Kanban, Integrated Service Management, Lean, Theory Of Contstraints, Getting Things Done, Pommodoro, ITIL, COBIT, Prince 2 and many more.  The list is ever expanding, fueled by a neverending curiosity to gain new insights, a talent for merging them into powerful combinations and a strong desire to look for ways to practically apply these.

Ultimately, I am merely connecting the dots thereby creating a whole that is greater than the sum of its parts.
