- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
I am a leadership educator and facilitator who helps individuals, teams, and organizations learn tools to help them respond creatively to new situations. With 20+ years of experience spanning psychology, higher education, leadership development, and organizational training, I draw from a unique blend of adult learning, leadership theory, inclusive practice, and improvisation to this work.
In 2025, I co-founded CO-Create Consulting, LLC and serve as it’s principal facilitator. Prior to this I spent 3 years with a boutique business consulting and training group, 10 years working in university leadership development roles, and another 10 years working in university-based counseling roles.
Recently certified in LEGO Serious Play, I am excited by it’s connections to my work in both psychology and leadership. Specifically, I think it aligns beautifully with my efforts to train others in listening, connection, and improvisation. I believe the SeriousPlayPro Community will be a space for my continued learning. I am keen to be inspired by all the various ways others are using and applying LEGO Serious Play.
