I am the Founder and CEO of Hyville; a professional performance improvement company that leverages on the power of facilitation to address performance challenges. I am a Member of the following professional bodies: International Association of Facilitators, International Association of Change Management Professionals, International Organisation Development Association, Institute of Directors, and North American Drama Therapy Association. Ben serves on the Africa Leadership Team of the International Association of Facilitators, Canada based.
