Birgit Fleckenstein

Birgit Fleckenstein: Senior Consultant in Organisation

Birgit joined MindForest as a consultant after completing her MBA at the Mannheim Business School and has specialized in the fields of strategy, organizational development and animation techniques. In this context, she is also a trained LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator.

She has acquired considerable experience in the course of several large projects with Luxembourgish administrations and by supporting change projects in companies operating in the telecommunications sector. In addition to these competences, Birgit is also frequently asked to provide employee training sessions in the fields of change management, leadership and personnel development, especially for small and medium size companies.

In addition to her MBA, Birgit holds a further Master degree in occupational psychology and psychological diagnostics from the University of Bern. She is fluent in German, English, French and Luxembourgish and has lived and worked in Europe (in Switzerland) and in North America.
