Below is a snapshot of the key areas of value contribution I have developed over my career, which I integrate in my work as an author, educator and LSP facilitator.

| Business Architecture |

In my IT consulting career and in building the board methodology and business growth framework at Sirdar Group, I developed a deep understanding of the systems thinking nature of business – the synergy of interconnected and interdependent parts of the ‘system’. All businesses and organisations have the same pieces that need to work together to do something extraordinary.

| Word Shaman |

I use the power of clear and insightful language to create awareness, shift perceptions and shine the light on simple ideas in the midst of complexity. I have largely achieved this through the extensive development of education materials. I have also been the managing editor and ghost writer in four non-fiction titles, three of which are published. I have two novels in development.

| High-Performance Boards and Directors |

Through my involvement with Sirdar Group, I developed a unique perspective on what it means to be a high-performance director and the critical role that business plays in making a meaningful economic impact. I co-developed the Sirdar Group methodology and education programmes for director training, including the Sirdar Applied Directorship Programme, which I also facilitate.

| Education |

I co-founded a college, which was before its time in outcomes-based education and assessment. This expanded into e-learning and Moodle deployment, and the training of facilitators globally using e-learning platforms. This accelerated through my education roles at Sirdar Group and the Contribution Compass.

| Building Teams |

Through my work as a certified Lego Serious Play (LSP) facilitator and as co-founder of the Contribution Compass, I have practical understanding of the deeper untold stories in our journeys in teams and how to create deep transformation to lift our collective contribution.
