James Bawtree

Based in Sydney, I run PMLogic, a project management consultancy company that specialises in strategy execution, innovation and program delivery. In my business, via my interests in various other companies, and in my capacity as NSW Chapter President of the AIPM, I’m passionate about contributing to the Project Management arena in a way that fosters quality excellence and world-class innovation, underpinned by a people-focused approach that shapes strategy and delivers meaningful results. My 17 years + experience has been alongside top-tier consulting firms, in publicly listed companies, across multiple industries, and on a range of initiatives transforming the profitability and efficiency of organisations. I have taught numerous courses including leading MBA modules in Strategy Implementation, and enjoy delivering training in fresh and inventive ways that resonate with participants, such as Agile Scrum workshops using Lego. I’m an active sharer of knowledge, through speaking appointments, roundtable and conference contributions.
