Abdullah Aydin

Abdullah was born in Saudi Arabia, grew up in Turkey and Uzbekistan and recently moved back to Istanbul after living in Ireland.
 
He began his higher education path at International Marketing at Tashkent International Business School and pursued Foreign Languages Education at the prestigious Bogazici University. After graduating with Honours BA in International Trade from Bogazici, he joined Google Ireland in 2007. Throughout his 11 years of career in Google, he worked in multiple positions such as AdWords Sales & Operations Manager overseeing the Turkish operations serving 15000 customers and 13M annual budget. Abdullah pioneered Google Agency pilot helping advertising agencies perform better throughout 2008-20010. The program currently generates 40% of Google’s revenue.
 
As the Global Program Manager, he led all AdWords tutorial video production in 34 languages reaching 500 thousand customers globally and 8M video views. He acted as Country Lead for the Uzbek market actively running all market initiatives for the country. In his latest role, he was managing all people development initiatives in EMEA Global Customer Care organization as well as acting as an internal consultant helping teams work together more effectively across Europe and North America.

He is passionate about helping people recognize, develop, promote and use their skills as well as individuals going beyond their potentials working collectively.

Abdullah is a certified MBTI and Insights Discovery trainer, LEGO Serious Play practitioner and executive coach focusing on change. He received his coaching certification from Erickson Global and is currently pursuing Executive Masters degree in Consulting & Coaching for Change program at the reputable HEC Business School in Paris and Saïd Business School in Oxford.
