Hajime Takano

I’m 49 years old, have a modest character, and always wants to adjust new things. My current strong interests are “Innovative Facilitation” and “maker Movement”.

I’m currently working as a business consultant, which specialties are business development, corporate directions, organization development, and management of software development.

My career was started as an R&D software engineer at NEC Research Labs in 1990. After 10years experiences, I moved to BIGLOBE Internet Service division as a business manager. In 5 years experiences there, I lead several business development projects, which include making alliance with Google and other IT venture companies. In 2005, I moved to “DigitalForest, Inc.” which was high-speed growing small IT company. My role was a Director of Product Development and Service Operation. Furthermore, I went to China to found a subsidiary company of software development. In 2011, I decided to be self-employed and founded “Emergence Planning, Co.,Ltd. (創発計画株式会社)”.
