Team building activity for kickoff event in January (South Carolina)

We are planning a kickoff event and are looking to incorporate a team building activity with Legos. Our event is themed around motor sports so are looking to do something following this theme (ex: build Lego race cars then race cars). We also wanted to see if there is a way to give each person a Lego that would build into a larger structure. Our them is ScanSource One so thinking all the individual Lego pieces could build “one” structure related to motor sports.
