Facilitator needed for Leadership team building session

We have a corporate leadership event planned for Feb 5-6 and would like to include a session (approx. 1.5 hours) that leverages legos to help with critical thinking, team building, and communication.
Currently the team tends to overthink and results in delays in delivering solutions. I would like to see a session where the team learns how to start building and revising as they go along and how to report on their learnings.
