Lego® Serious Play® in maritime training

During my 12 years experience as Global Maritime Distress and Safety System instructor and examiner, I’d faced several times people (officers, young officers and also captain/masters) reporting their own on-board-life problems concerning the day-to-day life during day, weeks and months on board. It’s a strange world, really strange, and I think that the usage of LSP with people working ashore and overseas (of the same company) could be helpful to make sure that shored based employee understand clearly how hard and stressful could be on-sea work.

During next weeks/months I’m going to introduce LSP to some companies here in Italy, and with the partnership of Local Coast Guard, we’ll run a workshop concerning communication. Really excited!!!
