At the end of a Lego Serious Play workshop I was talking with one participant about her experience after 8 hours of work building ideas, projects, scenarios and relationships through methodology Lego Serious Play. She described the experience in terms of the Serendipity effect of LSP
For me, it was a nice way to describe the workshop. I would like to share her main ideas. Sorry its in spanish… but you know can get an english version with google translate.
