I have been workshops with close to this numbers.
In my humble opinion, there is no chance to get deep in it, but for sure good instances of learning and group sharing.I would start with a good amount of time for a warm-up, close to one hour. Then, getting two different concepts in an hour per concept exercise; probably based in what…[Read more]

The client request the following for a 4 hours session:
– to be aimed at ‘building’ something
– to focus on ‘trust’
– enhancing ‘exchanges’ and ‘sharing’Can I get some ideas and approach for this matter, regarding there´s 100 elements?

Ziplock bags and resealable bags have been my best asset for porting and sorting the Lego kits. I’ve converted my starter kit boxes to resealable bags, and this has meant that I can add Kit labels, team labels, session names and details. I have applied in a couple strategy workshops BMI’s Business Model Pattern Cards, based on Gassmann’s, Frankenberger’s and Csik’s Business Model Navigation theory create a useful combination for informed strategy discussions. Works well when people want to brainstorm about their business model configurations. More straightforward than BMC.
