- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
I have over 20 years experience in change management and Human Resources development. My areas of expertise are consulting and support in organizational change projects and restructuring plans; design of Human Resources strategies, people development and training ; coaching of executives and managers.
I work in a multitude of sectors such as telecoms, pharma, retail, transport, services, public administration and non-governmental organisations.
My initial education is a Master of Law form the University of Zurich in Switzerland. I then obtained a degree in Organizational Psychology at INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France.
