Recently, I have been facilitating workshops on “Future Foresight” for Enterprises and Government entities using LEGO Serious Play. The tool is amazing to support strategist in building future models for education, environment, general services, and health sectors. It enables decision-makers to harmonization the current governmental policies, in addition to identifying the gaps that require building capacities and partnerships. I am indeed very impressed with the feedback received.
