- Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?
My international career is founded on more than 15 years of experience in the sales and executive management of different software and consulting companies. Since 2009, I am focusing primarily on change management, leadership development, facilitation and coaching. I help companies to drive their digital transformation projects and organizational change successfully by combining strategy, business development and people knowhow together with creative and innovation methods such as Design Thinking, Business Model Canvas and/or LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY®. What my education concerns, I am Master of Business Administration and Master of Arts in Modern German Literature and Political Science.
