Who are you and why do you want to become a member of SeriousPlayPro community?

I am Dr Laura Mitchell, a scholar of culture and management with a PhD in organisation, work and technology from Lancaster University. As a management consultant and workshop facilitator I offer leadership training and team building interventions using the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® method and other game-based interventions. A LARP game organiser for over 10 years I also draw on my specialist expertise in culture and organisational development. My research specialisms are dedicated to understanding the cultural development of values in work and play.
