Curently partner in Trivium. Part of the initial Executive Discovery team that launched and developed LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. One of two master trainers in that periode. Became global director of LSP when we were merged back into LEGO. Left to become part of the leadership team at Danfoss Universe, but became member of advisory board for LSP, and kept role as trainer. From there joined Trivium.
