The world of LEGO bricks is very fascinating, but there’s probably something you still don’t know about it. The use of the most famous bricks in the world inside organizations is interesting not only for consultants or HR managers, but also for LEGO bricks enthusiasts belonging to different parts and roles of an organization.
If you belong to this group of people, we have a new initiative for you.
If you want to know more about LSP, but you don’t feel ready to become a facilitator, there’s a new one-day introductory session which is the right thing for you.

The session – Italian language only – will take place in Milan on the 3rd of March 2017 and will provide the participants with a training on LSP basics and on their application during brainstormings, meetings and other everyday working exchanges.

On January 28 1958, Mr. Ole Kirk Christiansen and his LEGO Group receive a patent for its plastic bricks. The most famous and colored bricks in the world were born! How do celebrate this anniversary?
We would like LEGO bricks become more useful and common than now not only in toyshops, but also in managerial Italian offices.
As new facilitators trainer, Trivioquadrivio celebrates LEGO Bricks and discounts the participation fee to the train-the-trainer session in January 2017.
And you? What are you thinking to do to celebrate LEGO B-day?

“Talking about business means dialoguing in a very concrete and not imaginative way. “You are not a child!” is the sentence a businessman with a way too creative imagination is used to hear from bosses and colleagues. […] But who takes part into a Lego® Serious Play® workshop is invited to direct all the energy he/she has in one direction: fun” (Lego Story, Egea, 2012)
We are used to believe that only a careful observation, a mindful thought and a rational decision can produce effective actions.
The inspirational principle of Lego® Serious Play® is changing this perspective because it affirms that doing comes first and thinking comes second. Difficulties could be faced with more effectiveness and resolved if thought comes after experience.
